About this site
Apex Ladder is an independent guide to junior single-seater racing in Asia, written for fans, families and drivers taking their first steps.
What this site is
Apex Ladder is an independent information site about Formula 3 and junior single-seater racing in Asia. It explains the ladder from karting to Formula 1, how a Formula 3 car is built, how F1, F2 and F3 differ, which circuits in Asia host single-seater racing and how a beginner can start.
What it is not
This site is not a championship, a race organiser, a team, a racing school or a governing body, and it is not affiliated with any of them. It does not publish race results, standings, entry lists or calendars, and it does not sell seats, tests or tickets. Names of series, circuits, manufacturers and organisations appear only to describe the subject and belong to their owners.
How the guides are written
Technical figures and rules come from the published pages of recognised bodies, such as the FIA and its championships, from Formula 1's own explainers and from circuit websites. Where a detail could not be confirmed from a reliable public source, it was left out. Rules, points tables and calendars change, so the guides point you to the official source to check before you rely on a number.
How to use it
Start with the F1 driver pathway if you are new to the sport, or go straight to the topic you need. For entries, licences and current regulations, contact the relevant championship or your national motorsport authority directly.
